Returns & Refund

Our returns are easy! We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have up to fourteen (14) days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to do full refund to the original payment method for the order. All Preorder and handcrafted products purchase will be restricted from return & refund.  International orders when returns, customer will be liable for return freights.  Returns for Paypal payment orders will be issued J Bluezy online shop credits, no cash refund will be available.

Your items must be unused, unworn and have their original tags attached. All items must be returned with the original delivery note.

NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS: 

Please note products in knit(fur, shearling), colors in white or ivory colors are not returnable not exchange. 

Sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Accessories including Jewelries, Belts.
- SALE Items cannot be refunded or exchanged (marked down items, orders placed during a sale period)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order for the item and return your current Full Priced item for a refund.

Please note that we do not offer free returns and shipping labels for any kinds of orders. 

J bluezy does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.

Return must be shipped within 48 hours from issued time, or both return & refund will be revoked.

Customer will be paying for freight fees on all international order returns.
